The "Folgore" Mechanized Division was a Great Unit of the Italian Army and in the second post-war period, for forty years, 

one of the columns of the operational units of the 5th Army Corps, the most substantial of the structures placed to defend 

the northern border Eastern Atlantic Alliance. 

The Command of the "Folgore" was located in Treviso at "Villa Margherita"
