The Army Special Forces Command (COMFOSE) is a Brigade-level command, responsible for the unit necessary for training, preparation, procedural development and not for the acquisition of materials for confrontation with Special Forces.

The headquarters is located inside the "Gamerra" barracks in Pisa, which is also home to the parachuting training center.

It reports directly to the Land Operational Forces Command and the Army Operational Command.
